 Govt of India, Ministry of Defence invites applications from Indian National candidates for Group C post of Fireman. Eligible candidates apply within 21 Days

Essential Qualifications:
(a) Matriculation or equivalent.
(b) Knowledge of Hindi.
(c) Physical Fitness- Must be physically fit and capable of performing strenuous duties.
Physically Parameters:
(a) Height without shoes 165 cms.
(b) Chest (un-expanded) 81.5 cms.
(c) Chest (on expanded) 85 cms.
(d) Weight 50 Kgs (Minimum).

Endurance Test: The candidates will have to undergo the following endurance test during the recruitment process:-
(a) Carrying a man (Fireman lift) of 63.5 Kgs to a distance of 183 mtrs within 96 seconds).
(b) Clearing 2.7 mtrs wide ditch landing on both feet (long Jump).
(c) Climbing 3 mtrs vertical rope using hands and feet.
(d) Passing of written Test.
Selection Process: Candidate are required to undergo/appear for Physical / Endurance Test, Written Test and the ratio of marks 40:40:20 will be allocated respectively for the ibid test.
