Probation Period:
IOfficer Scale I & II-> 02 Years, which may be extended by the appoint Authority for a period not exceeding one year as per Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank Service Rules.

Office Assistant (Multipurpose) -> 01 Year, which may be extended by the appoint Authority for a period not exceeding six month as per Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank Service Rules.

Language Proficiency: Candidates ensuring proficiency in local language - TELUGU / URDU. The eligibility of Local language at 10th standard  level (HINDI) [OR] Native language at 10thStd level (Telugu/Urdu as one of the subjects) [OR] Local language at any level upto graduation level (Telugu/Urdu as one of the subjects).

Eligibility: Candidates who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/ October 2014. Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs  published in Employment News/Rozgar Samachar Issue Dated 28th June - 4th July, 2014 released by IBPS. IBPS CWE – 3

Pre-Requisite Qualifications: Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the following scores as given

Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by APGVB Bank in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.The total marks for Interview will be 30%. The Interview will be held at the INDORECENTRE and the complete address of the venue will be advised in the call letters.

Application Fee: Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates, Rs.100/- for all others. The Requisite Application Fee may be paid through CBS at any of the Branches of Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank, situated in 14 districts of Madhya Pradesh i.e. Dewas, Shajapur, Agar, Khargone, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Barwani, Rajgarh, Sehore, Ujjain, Indore, Jhabua, Alirajpur and Dhar, by means of a Payment challan available in the Bank's website.
