The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata invites applications on the prescribed form for the following faculty posts2015.
Educational Qualifications:
Professor (Law) -> An eminent scholar with Ph.D in Law along with published work of high quality; actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of ten publications ; a minimum of ten years of experience in University/ College, and or experience in research at the National level institutions including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. Outstanding teachers with 15 years of UG teaching/research experience or an outstanding scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge may also be considered.
IPR Chair Professor (Law) -> An eminent scholar with Ph.D in Law along with published work of high quality in the area of Intellectual Property Law; actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of ten publications; a minimum of ten years of experience in University/ College, and or experience in research at the National level institutions including experience of guiding candidates for research at doctoral level. Outstanding teachers with 15 years of UG teaching/research experience or an outstanding scholar with established reputation who has made significant contribution to knowledge may also be considered.
Assistant Professor (Law) -> (1) Good academic record with at least 55% marks or, an equivalent grade of B in 7 point scale at the Master's degree level(Law) from an Indian University or, an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
