Junior Engineer/Sub Inspector (Electrical) jobs opportunity in BSF (Border Security Force)

BSF will hold an All India Examination for recruitment to the Junior Engineer/ Sub Inspector (Electrical) Group-'B', Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Engineering (Combatised) in BSF Engineering Set up for the year-2O15.

Educational Oualification : Three years Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government or State Government.

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years of age as on last date of receipt of application

Pay Scale : Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 + GP-4200t

Fee : Rupees fifty only (Rs. 50/-) payable through Demand Draft/IPO in the name ofthe addressee where the application form is being submitted by the candidate. Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSF Candidates, Ex-Servicemen

Physicalstandardstest (PST) : Height- Men (165 Cms. (Relaxable by 5 Cms for hill Tribes and Adivasis including Mizos and Nagas) Women (157 Cms ). Chest - Men (76 - 8l Cms. (Relaxable by 02 Cms for candidates below 20 years of age), Women (Not applicable), Weight-Men (Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards), Women (According to height but not less than 46 Kgs)

Medical Standard : (i) Eye Sight : The minimum distant vision should be 6/6 afi 6/9 of both the eyes without correction (i.e. without wearing of glasses). (ii) The candidates must not have knock knees, Flat Foot, Varicose Veins or squint in eyes and they should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance ofthe duties
