AMIE exams are conducted every year in June and December months. A student can appear examination in a center anywhere in India or abroad. Associate Member of Institution of Engineers is conducted every year twice. For the test, admit cards will be released online. No hall ticket will be sent by post.
AMIE stands for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers. To put in simple words, it is a degree level examination in engineering, recognized by all State Governments, Central Govt. as equivalent to B.E/B.Tech. Those who pass AMIE examination will get equal opportunities just like a B.E or B.Tech holder for job as well as higher education in both Govt. and private sectors.is the authority that prepares syllabus, conducts examination and issue certificates etc. of AMIE.
Distance learning. AMIE is a recognized engineering degree course that can be studied in distance education style.
A Diploma holder needs to clear 13 subjects in AMIE. 4 subjects in Section A and 9 in Section B. In one semester a student can appear for 4 subjects. So he can complete both sectins A and B in 4 semesters (4+4+4+1).

When a student clears all subjects in both sections A and B he is said
to have passed A.M.I.E examination and becomes a qualified graduate
engineer.
For AMIE Call letter, candidates are required to visit official website. The Written Exam Hall admit card can be downloaded one week before the examination starts from ieindia.org.
Candidates have to bring thier AMIE Admit Card at the time of exam as it is mandatory to enter the exam hall.
