Scouts & Guides Quota Posts Recruitment : 

East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar, Odisha has recruitment of Scouts & Guides Quota vacancies in East Coast Railway for the year 2015-16. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed application format on or before 21-09-2015 till 17.00 hrs (05-10-2015 till 17.00 hrs For remote Areas).

i. Rs.1900/-: 02 posts
ii. Rs.1800/-: 06 posts

Limitation of Age :

Grade pay Rs.1900/- Candidates age should be between 18-29 years for UR, 18-32 years for OBC, 18-34 years for SC/ ST candidates as on 01-01-2016.

Academic Qualification :

Candidates should possess 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate for Grade Pay Rs.1900/-, Matriculation or ITI or its equivalent from a recognized Board for Grade Pay Rs.1800/-\

Process of Selection :
 Selection will be based on Written test/ Personality test/ Interview.

This Recruitment Exam Fees:

Candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- (non-refundable) for UR & OBC male candidates through Indian Postal Order (IPO). SC/ ST, ex-servicemen, physically challenged, women, minority candidates (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists & Zorastrians [Parsis]) and candidates belonging to economically backward classes (whose family income is less than Rs.50,000/- per annum,

Eligible candidates may send their application (good quality white A-4 (210 x 297 mm) size paper using one side only) along with self attested legible xerox copies of all certificates, in proof of educational qualification, age, ST/ SC/ OBC status etc., on or before 21-09-2015 till 17.00 hrs (For residents of Andaman, Nicobar & Lakshadweep on or before 05-10-2015 till 17.00 Hrs).
