The Combined Higher Secondary Level 10+2 level exam is scheduled to be held on 01, 15 & 22 November & 06 December 2015. So call letter are available for downloading / viewing / printing around 10-22 days before the exam as per official schedule. Regional websites uploaded them for the written exam one by one. They will be available for only those candidates whose had successfully filled the online application form and submitted the fee. Candidates need to get their SSC CHSL hall tickets from their regional website for appearing in the test. 
 The Staff Selection Commission will administrate  Combined Higher  Secondary Level (CHSL) 10+2 2015  examination on 01.11.2015, 15.11.2015, 22.11.2015 and 6.12.2015 and 20.12.2015.

 SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level exam consists of two parts.
1. Written Test
2. Practical Test (Skill / Typing Test)

First written exam of objective type will be conducted. Candidates will be given OMR Sheet and question paper. For every question asked, 4 options are given and one is to be selected as answer and marked in the OMR Sheet.

The written exam consist of the following four sections of 50 marks each :-

  1. English Language
  2. General Intelligence and Reasoning
  3. Quantitative Aptitude
  4. General Awareness

Here are the SSC CHSL Exam Preparation Tips:
1. Make a time table how you are going to prepared and follow that.
2. Start studying at least 3 months before the SSC CHSL exam.
3. Maintain your health the best in exam days.
4. Check Syllabus and Cut off marks (given below) to know how / what etc. about the test.
5. Divide the syllabus according to time table. Don't forget to put the regular revision time in between.
6. In the last 3 days of the exam, don't take any tension and revise as much as you can and try to make everything you remember at your fingertips.
7. Purchase good books from the market for preparation of each section of exam.
8. Read as many books as you can.
9. Solve as many previous years papers as you can. Daily solve a previous year paper or a model test paper and try to do all 200 questions correctly within 2 hrs.
10. Practice all the sections fully. Don't leave any section thinking it easy.
11. Generate or find or learn new shortcuts methods of solving numerical problem and memorize them.
12. Make a time management of your question paper. Decide how much time you are going to give to each question and each section.
Make a timetable of how much time you should give to which section.
            e.g. 15 min. for general knowledge
                        20 min. for english
                        35 min. for Reasoning
                        and remaining for quantitative aptitude
remember 8-20 minutes will be taken by the boxes you fill depending on your speed.
13. Make a time map of which section you are going to solve 1st then 2nd 3rd 4th according to their time table.
14. Emphasize more on a section you are more comfortable with and solve it first.
15. If in the test, you got stuck in any question, don't waste your time and move on to the next one.
