Age Limit=>>The Age of the candidates should be between 21 years to 40 Years of age as on 1st July, 2017 ( 01.07.2017 ). The Upper Age Limit for the SC/ST/OBC candidates is 45 Years, for the UP State Govt Employees is also 45 Years.
Educational Qualification=>>Candidates should have passed High School Examination with Science and passed Intermediate Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognised by the Government as equivalent thereto, possess diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. Degree in Nursing registrable with the U.P. Nurses and Midwives Council, possess registration certificate as Nurse and Midwife from the Uttar Pradesh .
Selection Process:=>>Candidates will be selected based on written examination & merit.
Application Fee:=>>Candidates should pay Rs. 125/- (Rs. 100/- Exam fee + Rs. 25/- Online Processing Fee) for General & OBC, Rs. 65/- (Rs. 40/- Exam fee + Rs. 25/- Online Processing Fee) for SC/ ST Candidates and Rs. 25/- (Rs. 25/- Online Processing Fee) for Handicapped candidates through online by using Net Banking/ Card Payment/ Other payment modes.

2. Click on All Notifications/ Advertisements.
3. Read all the instructions carefully before applying online.
4. Click on “Apply” Select the desired post.
5.. Click on “Candidate Registration” and Fill all the mandatory details.
6. Submit error free application form.
7.. An Registration Slip with unique registration number will be displayed, take print out for future reference.
8. Click on “Generate E-Challan/ I-Collect” and make the fee payment.
9. Click on “Submit Application Form” then Part-II application form will be generated.
10. Fill all the mandatory details and upload scanned photograph, signature.
11. Click on Submit button then a Declaration form will be opened.
